Help with pjiu, the Chrome extension and pjiu Pro.

Subscription and refunds

pjiu Pro is $5 per month or $48 per year and starts with a 7-day free trial. Cancel anytime by emailing support; access continues until the end of the trial or paid period. If Pro is not for you, email us within 7 days of the first charge for a full refund. The full terms are in Terms of Service.

Journal folder

In the extension options, choose a folder under Journal folder. Chrome may ask you to re-grant access after a browser restart; use Re-grant access and then Flush queued entries if anything is waiting.

AI notes (optional)

Under AI summary, enter an OpenAI-compatible endpoint, model, and your own API key. Test connection sends a short sample summary to that endpoint. pjiu does not proxy or store your AI traffic; the request goes directly to the provider you chose.

License and devices

After checkout, the welcome page activates the extension on the current device. To move to another device, or if you lost the welcome link, email support with your purchase address. A license can be active on up to three devices; deactivate an old device in the options page to free a slot.

Your data

To request a copy of the license data we hold, or to have it deleted, email us from the purchase address. Journal entries, characters, and settings live only on your device and are removed by uninstalling the extension. See the Privacy Policy.
